With an educational component providing a unique insight into the surrounding environment on both a local and global scale, whilst the ziplines provide an adrenalin rush like no other!

The ziplines are gravity fed, so guests do not have to worry about controlling their own speed. Two tour guides will accompany guests on their tour, one guide to connect (launch platform) and one guide to disconnect (landing platform) each and every guest.

Option One: 4 Line Moa Tour

The perfect starter to your adventure experience in Queenstown, Moa is designed to start low and slow and gradually build your confidence as it gets progressively longer, higher and faster.

The best framed views of Lake Wakatipu can be experienced on an interpretive guided tour using ziplines as a low impact adventure access. The Moa comprises four ziplines & eight aerial tree top platforms starting and finishing at the top of the Skyline gondola. Reach speeds of up to 50 kph (31 mph) and enjoy zipline distances of up to 240m (787 ft).

All ages love the interaction this aerial tour has to offer as you join us on a series of lines that traverse the forest in a way that will never be forgotten.

Option Two: 6 Line Kea Tour

A truly unique way to get down the mountain, the Kea tour is faster and longer than the Moa tour, and finishes with a zipline ride that descends 30 storeys at speeds of up to 70kph!

This stunningly beautiful guided journey through ancient native beech forest comprises six breathtaking, tree to tree ziplines (including the steepest in the world!) & 12 aerial tree top platforms. Reach speeds of up to 70 kph (44mph) and zipline distances of 300m (984 ft). Take in outstanding alpine vistas as you return to the bottom of the gondola hill on a total high, this option is great for those seeking a higher adrenalin factor.

Guests check-in and meet their guides at the "Ziptrek Guest Services Tree", 100 metres to the left of the Skyline Gondola upper terminal. All guests will be fitted with a climbing harness and helmet. Tours include stair climbing and trail walking, guests must be able to walk unassisted.
